Dockets 26A476 and 26A477 still end with replies filed Oct. 11. Neither Oct. 13 order mentions them.
The Supreme Court on Tuesday posted its order list and a separate one-page order. The one-page order denies a stay for Kyle Wagner in his case against the United States. The order list’s first entries send cases back to lower courts to reconsider them in light of recent decisions. The list is 14 pages. The fight over political-ad rates is not on either document. Those dockets still end with replies filed Oct. 11. Chief Justice Roberts’s pause in that fight remains. Argument in Salazar v. Paramount Global is this morning.
The orders page lists, for Oct. 13, a miscellaneous order and an order list. Both files were opened.
The miscellaneous order is one page. It says the application for a stay in Legal instrument A one-page Supreme Court order on Oct. 13, 2026. The order list is headed Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2026, and marked 610 U.S. The first entries are summary dispositions. The Court granted review, wiped out the lower judgment, and sent the case back. This story does not summarize the rest.
A search of the order-list text did not find the political-ad applications, Nos. 26A476 and 26A477. The dockets, opened Wednesday morning, still end on Oct. 11: a reply from the Federal Communications Commission in 26A476, and a reply from the National Republican Congressional Committee in 26A477. No later order is on either docket. The pause of the Legal instrument A rare court order telling a government official or agency to do something the law requires.
