The Kremlin announced on Aug. 28 that President Vladimir Putin would pay a working visit to Kyrgyzstan from Aug. 31 to Sept. 1 to attend the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, coinciding with the SCO’s 25th anniversary. “Their coordinated positions will traditionally be enshrined in a final political declaration,” the announcement said.
