OpenAI said Wednesday that GPT-6 is rolling out to everyone who uses ChatGPT, with an answer format it calls Intelligent UI. This is not a new model. GPT-6 in ChatGPT is powered by GPT-6 Sol for Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise tiers, and GPT-6 Luna for Free and Go tiers.” A second post said, “GPT-6 and Intelligent UI, now rolling out in ChatGPT for everyone.”
Michelle Pokrass, an OpenAI product lead, called it “a pretty big change to chatgpt.” OpenAI reposted that line. That is her description.
OpenAI's platform changelog for Oct. 7 says the company updated the chat-latest snapshot, “which points to the latest model available in ChatGPT for Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise users.”
